DIY miniature wedding dress

Used white fabric and white thread to tighten the waist. 

Seriously, it looks beautiful but the back of the dress is a different story. My very first time making a miniature wedding dress, I need this practice. Ha ha ha.

DIY Wooden Dollhouse Miniature

I ordered this DIY wooden doll house miniature from an app call CUTE. Purchased this around $20 and when I received it, I was really really surprise of how much I have to put myself to work in order to make this piece. This is my very first time making my very own miniatures. I am very excited and it's super fun! I had already started, but I did the easiest piece first. 

New shirt, New boots

Today, I woke up almost every hour. It has been happening for two days or so. She's been fussy while waking up in the middle of the night. I'm not quite sure what's wrong with her but assuming that she's teething and it's bugging her a lot or having little nightmares. The only way for her to fall back to sleep is to sleep right next to me and cuddle then wake up again, repeat. It's really cute, but I'm also worry about her. Hope it ends soon so that she can get some sleep through the night, and me as well. 

Yesterday, I got a pair of suede boots for her at Gap. Today, she looks so stylist with these little cute boots. She doesn't walk yet but when I do take her out, I want to keep her little toes warm. Also, she's wearing her new shirt from We Are Minors shop with a little cute black headband to go with. 

Bambi, A Little Golden Book

She plays, sleep, eat, and play some more but there is always time for story time. Today's book is Bambi, good classic Little Golden Book. She may not know what the book is about as I read to her but she loves it that I am sitting right next to her, reading out loud. She also tries really hard to turn the pages for me but ends up crumbling it. Hey, at least she's trying. ha ha.

I had ordered a few books on Amazon of Little Golden Book for my daughter and also, bought some at Cost Plus World Market. It brings back childhood memories and classic stories. The story Bambi had some dark moments but the friends that Bambi made with was just too cute.

West Lake Park

Today, we decided to take Emma out to the park. We literally drove around town trying to find a park for Emma to play. We drove pass two parks and both parks were filled with children playing and there wasn't any parking unless you drove a little further down, but I wasn't planning on walking a long distance. So, I finally thought about West Lake Park which was located in a quiet neighborhood up the hill. Perfect, barely anyone was there, a lot of parking space, beautiful green grass, a small lake filled with duckies and of course, the playground! Sadly, I didn't take any pictures of the lake but that's alright, I got a few shots of Emma and spending time with her at the park was so much fun!
